In early October 2025, a batch of Kerui JM28 mullite insulation bricks from Henan were being packaged for shipment to Malaysia. This insulation refractory material, with standard dimensions of 230*114*65mm, along with other special-shaped insulation bricks, will be used for lining kilns operating at temperatures exceeding 1,300 ℃.

Kerui JM28 Mullite Insulation Bricks Exported to Malaysia in 2025
This customer purchased a variety of insulation fire brick types from Kerui, including straight bricks, hole-blocking bricks, and special-shaped bricks. As a type of mullite insulation brick, Kerui JM28 typically has a bulk density between 0.8 and 0.9g/cm³.
Before shipment, our team conducts a JM28 brick inspection, including:
- JM28 brick measurement and appearance inspection;
- Physical and chemical performance testing;
- Packaging and labeling inspection;
- Document and delivery verification.

Why This Customer Chose Kerui JM28 Mullite Insulation Bricks?
- This low density directly reduces weight, effectively reducing the mass of the furnace.
- High-temperature structural strength is its primary advantage. This insulation brick maintains structural stability in high-temperature environments and is resistant to deformation or damage.
- The low high-temperature creep rate means minimal shape change under long-term high-temperature conditions.
- The low thermal expansion coefficient ensures that the brick will not crack due to excessive expansion or contraction during drastic temperature fluctuations.
- The strong chemical resistance makes JM28 resistant to a variety of chemicals, extending its service life.
- The excellent thermal shock resistance allows it to withstand rapid temperature fluctuations without damage.
- JM28 mullite insulation bricks can be used as linings for the working surface of the kiln in direct contact with the flame.
- The low thermal conductivity of JM28 mullite bricks effectively reduces heat loss and achieves energy savings.
