Choosing Suitable Acid Proof Bricks
- Different Compositions: Kerui offers chemical resistant bricks made of clay, quartz, feldspar. Please choose the appropriate type of brick based on the usage scenario.
- Glazed Coating: Acidic refractory bricks with a glazed surface have a smooth finish, anti-adhesion and are easier to clean. Unglazed bricks have anti-slip and sun-resistant properties.

Applications of Acid-Resistant Bricks
Anti acid refractory bricks are primarily used in equipment exposed to acidic atmospheres and slag erosion at high temperatures, such as in the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, power, chemical fiber, papermaking, fertilizer, wastewater treatment, food, and dairy industries.
These products matched with monolithic refractory products are mainly used for phosphoric acid storage tanks, acid trenches, acid wells, acid storage tanks, and impacted surfaces with high acid content, lining equipment, pipes, valves, electroplating tanks, and so on.
Note: When laying acid-resistant bricks, customers ensure that the joints between the bricks are completely sealed, with no air bubbles or voids. Otherwise, it may lead to brick spalling.
