In June 2025, a batch of Kerui 65% high alumina bricks was successfully shipped to Vietnam and used in the key high-temperature area (calcination zone/preheating zone) of a local large-scale lime production enterprise’s vertical lime kiln. Customers are very satisfied with Kerui’s products.

Indonesian Customer’s Lime Kiln Demand For Refractory Bricks
In June 2025, Kerui sent 65% alumina refractory bricks to Vietnam. These bricks went into a big lime kiln’s hot parts (calcination/preheating zones). The customer focused on three key brick features:
- Wear resistance: Handle material scraping;
- Thermal shock stability: Handle sudden temperature changes;
- High-temperature strength: Stay strong under heat and pressure.
The customer showed that good bricks cost more upfront but save money later. These bricks make kilns run longer, break less, and cut repair costs per ton of lime.

KERUI Solution for Indonesia Customer’s Lime Kiln
Kerui recommended 65% high alumina bricks based on the operating conditions of the customer’s kiln and gave the basis. In addition, Kerui’s high alumina brick products have great advantages.
- Control of every step: Pick pure materials, mixe them right, presse them hard, and bake them hot. This makes every brick consistent.
- Customizes bricks: They change sizes, shapes, or features (like extra wear resistance) to fit each customer’s kiln and needs.

Testing and Results of Kerui 65% High Alumina Bricks
The customer tested Kerui high temp refractory bricks first in key kiln areas. After one full production run, bricks wore down much slower than expected. No cracks or breaks after many stops/starts and temperature swings. Zero unplanned shutdowns from brick failures.
The customer showed Kerui bricks beat our tests! They last longer, need less repair, and save money. That’s why this customer bought more and use them in more areas now.

Checking and Delivery of Kerui 65% High Alumina Bricks to Indonesia in June 2025
After the production of 65% high alumina bricks was completed, Kerui’s quality inspection team carried out a full-process inspection at the factory. The process including physical property testing, appearance quality screening, and document verification. The batch of bricks was loaded into the container in June 2025.
