In the raw material workshop, Kerui quality inspection team will screen and test the materials and then send them to the warehouse. According to different chemical compositions, we’ll store the raw materials in partition. The raw materials enter the silo after being crushed and screened. At this step, quality inspectors will strictly control the particle size of the raw materials. As for the bulk material workshop, Kerui technical engineers will precisely control the ratio. It aims to crush the raw materials, add binders and mix them properly.

There is a fully automatic batching system which takes a three-dimensional design from top to bottom. It can realize efficient and accurate batching. Then, the mixer will mix the raw materials for more than 5 minutes to ensure uniformity before transferring them to the molding machine.

Kerui adopts more than 20 sets of 60 ton press machines to realize the forming of shaped refractory products. After molding process, the quality inspection department will conduct a second measurement and weighing. Only refractory products that meet the requirements in all aspects can enter the drying kiln.

The drying system will first evaporate excess water with a heat exchange system. Therefore the refractory brick embryos will not crack. Afterwards, the refractory bricks will enter sintering workshop. There are 2 168-meter-long tunnel kilns with high and stable temperature. Besides, the PLC system controls 140 kiln cars to keep track of the precise position and temperature at any time. In addition, the sintering system is equipped with desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal equipment to purify flue gas and water vapor.

The quality inspection team will conduct strict inspection for these sintered refractory products, including size, color, parameters etc. After inspection, qualified refractories will be stacked in batches in the warehouse. And the sales department and technical engineers will conduct the second random inspection. Only when all indicators meet the requirements can they be shipped out and packaged.
