In August 2025, Kerui Refractory successfully exported a batch of nitride-bonded silicon carbide (NSiC) plates to Belarus. The Belarusian customer’s primary industries are in the ceramics and heat treatment industries, with stringent requirements for the stability and durability of high-temperature equipment. Kerui’s NSiC plates, with their outstanding performance, precisely meet these demands.

Inspection and Delivery of Nitride-Bonded Silicon Carbide Shelves to Belarus in August 2025
In August 2025, Kerui Refractory completed the export delivery of Nitride-Bonded Silicon Carbide (NSiC) Shelves to a customer in Belarus. This batch of materials underwent rigorous quality inspections, including tests for dimensional accuracy, thermal shock resistance, high-temperature strength, and oxidation resistance. All tests of SIC shelves met international standards (such as ISO) and customized customer requirements, ultimately resulting in smooth shipment.

Why Choose Kerui Nitride-Bonded Silicon Carbide Plates?
Kerui NSiC plates are nitride-bonded silicon carbide materials with significantly superior technical performance compared to conventional oxide-bonded products:
- High Operating Temperature: NSiC plates can operate stably at approximately 1550°C, significantly higher than the approximately 1400°C of OBSiC.
- High SiC Content: SiC content ≥90% ensures the plate’s excellent heat resistance, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity.
- High Compressive Strength: Stable and reliable flexural and compressive strength at high temperatures.
- Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: Reduces the risk of thermal stress during thermal cycling.
- Balances lightweight and strength.
- Resistant to Thermal Shock and Conductive Properties: Excellent thermal shock resistance ensures the plate resists cracking during sudden temperature changes.
- High Corrosion and Wear Resistance: Withstands corrosion from acidic and high-temperature atmospheres, extending service life.

Industry Applications and Performance
Kerui nitride-bonded kiln shelves are primarily used in the following key areas of a Belarusian customer’s production line:
