Description of Ceramic Paper Insulation
Ceramic refractory paper is a ceramic fiber product produced using a wet process combining ceramic fiber cotton and additives. We offer standard density paper and high-density paper. They are also known as soft fiber paper and semi-hard refractory paper. The softness, elasticity, and tensile strength of ceramic fiber soft paper are stronger than semi-hard paper.

Advantages of Ceramic Fiber Paper Roll
- High-temperature resistance: Engineers and manufacturers use ceramic paper insulation at high temperatures ranging from 1220 to 1350 degrees Celsius, and they rely on it for its excellent thermal stability.
- Thermal insulation performance: This type of product has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity and low heat capacity. Its thermal conductivity ranges from 0.06 to 0.43 W/(m·K) between 200-1000ºC. It can effectively reduce heat loss in equipment.
- Excellent electrical insulation performance: Its fiber structure and chemical composition give it good electrical insulation effects. This feature makes it an ideal electrical insulation material in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent machinability: Users can easily process this lightweight product into various shapes and thicknesses, and they can adjust it as needed for specific applications. It is very convenient for construction.
- High flexibility: Ceramic fiber insulation paper is soft and has high tensile strength. It exhibits good abrasion resistance in high-temperature applications.
- Good sound absorption effect: The multi-cellular structure, open fibers, and good damping characteristics make this product have excellent sound absorption effects. It can be used for noise control.
- Environmental Protection: This product is asbestos-free. This improves the working environment.

Applications
Ceramic refractory paper has excellent high-temperature resistance and insulation performance. Users mainly apply it as a material for insulation, sealing, filtration, corrosion resistance, expansion joint filling, fireproofing, and more. Various industries widely adopt it for these purposes:
- Insulation materials: Electronics industry, building materials, metallurgy, glass industry, non-ferrous metal smelting, automotive industry, etc.
- Corrosion-resistant materials: Industrial kilns, etc.
- Expansion joint filling materials: Chemical industry, construction industry, etc.
- Sealing materials: Non-ferrous metal smelting, etc.
- Fireproof materials: Fire protection industry, construction industry, etc. See more videos about the applications.
