In November 2025, a large chemical group’s second-phase project was under preparation. KERUI Refractory began shipping its second batch of acid resistant ceramic tiles and matching furan resin mortar. This order was not merely a simple business transaction. It was built upon a high level of recognition of the superior performance and service quality of the first batch of products, a solid testament to the trust and understanding between the two parties.

Vietnamese Customer Feedback On The First Batch Of Acid Resistant Tiles In October 2025
This Vietnamese customer is a leader in the Southeast Asian chemical industry. Their newly built chemical plant has extremely stringent requirements for corrosion resistance and temperature resistance in the production environment. In the second half of 2025, after several rounds of rigorous technical audits and supply chain assessments, they ultimately selected Kerui as their core supplier of acid-resistant ceramic tiles.
The first phase of cooperation was successfully completed in early October 2025. After the products arrived at the Vietnam project site, the customer’s technical team and construction team conducted unpacking inspections and preliminary installation tests. Subsequently, we received formal feedback from their project purchasing manager: “I received the acid resistant ceramic tiles. Thank you very much. Looking for development cooperation. These bricks complement our needs.” This trust, derived from practical experience, paved the way for the second batch of cooperation.

Introduction For The Second Batch Of Acid Resistant Ceramic Tiles In November 2025
The second batch increased in total volume over the first order. This shows the client’s project is progressing faster. The core products shipped this time remain:
- Standard-Size Acid Resistant Tiles: Mainly including the most commonly used specifications for chemical plant floors and equipment bases, such as 150x150x30mm.
- Furran Resin Mortar: As the tiling material, its quality directly affects the integrity and lifespan of the anti-corrosion lining. The quantity of mortar ordered in this batch was precisely proportioned according to the tile area to ensure consistent construction.

The Second Batch Of Acid Resistant Ceramic Tiles Shipped To Vietnam In November 2025
Factory Inspection: For this batch of products, we randomly selected a higher number of samples than the standard and conducted full-item testing, including acid resistance, compressive strength, water absorption, and dimensional accuracy. All data were recorded in the quality certificate shipped with the goods.
Upgraded Packaging: Kerui Refractory fully adopted the customer’s suggestions. Cartons were neatly stacked on reinforced wooden pallets and fully wrapped with high-strength stretch film to effectively protect against moisture and bumps during sea transport.
During the execution of this order, the engineering teams of both parties also held multiple discussions on product performance and installation details. Our technical support personnel provided professional installation suggestions based on product characteristics, which have been adopted by the customer. Kerui provides not only acid-resistant ceramic tiles, but also integrated acid-resistant solutions.

Conclusion
Kerui Refractory deeply understand that in the field of industrial corrosion protection, product reliability is crucial to the safety of our customers’ core production. The successful shipment of the second batch of orders is a testament to the Vietnamese customer’s recognition of Kerui’s products and services. Kerui will continue to work together to address the challenges of harsh industrial environments and repay customers with solid products and services.
