Applications of These Refractory Materials in Tunnel Kilns
- Custom-shaped prefabricated blocks: With a fixed size, special shape, and high temperature resistance, these custom-shaped bricks can be used in furnace chambers, cooling zones, and other parts to extend the service life of the kiln.
- Alumina castable: With high temperature strength, good wear resistance, and strong resistance to thermal shock, alumina castable is mainly used for kiln linings. It can improve the service life of the kiln.
- Wear-resistant plastic castable: With good wear resistance and plasticity, it is mainly used for kiln linings.
- High-temperature, low-expansion plastic: With micro-expansion at high temperatures, it can compensate for thermal expansion and prevent cracking. It is mainly used for kiln linings and repairs.
- Stainless steel fasteners: With strong corrosion resistance and high temperature strength, they can be used to connect various components of high-temperature equipment, such as furnace doors and observation holes.
- Asbestos-free board: It is asbestos-free, non-toxic, harmless, high temperature resistant, and with good insulation properties. And it is used for thermal insulation in kilns.
