The primary purpose of this visit was to discuss specific details face-to-face. Upon learning of the customers’ intention to visit China, we made prior arrangements for this visit.
Brazilian Customers Visits Kerui Factory
Kerui has already discussed some details with Brazilian customers. The main purpose of this visit is for the customers to observe the production cycle and quality. He also needs to discuss future cooperation details with Kerui.
Under our reception, the customers visited the Kerui factory. These customers are very interested in the entire production process of refractory bricks. He mainly toured the following facilities:
- Crusher;
- Raw material storage;
- Microcomputer control room;
- Molding workshop;
- Raw materials workshop;
- Sintering workshop;
- Laboratory;
- Sample room;
- And so on.
During the visit, the Brazilian customers were very satisfied with our factory’s strength, cleanliness, and product quality.
Brazilian Customer’s Requirements for Kerui Products
- The customer’s main requirement is high-alumina bricks with 60% and 70% aluminum content.
- They hope to receive a faster delivery time, reducing it from 50 days to 30 days.
- They are also interested in other types of refractory bricks, such as those specifically for carbon roasting furnace fire passages.
Discussing Cooperation Details with the Brazilian Customers
In response to the Brazilian customers’s needs, we held an in-depth discussion in the factory’s conference room. We not only provided professional answers to their questions but also shared our intentions for cooperation, pricing, applications, industry technical support, and so on. In the end, the customers was very impressed with our professionalism and products.
